Booking is arranged with me on WhatsApp. This website does not take bookings or payments.

A package is a number of sessions with a start and an expiry date. Your logbook shows how many sessions are left and when the package expires.

Payments are made directly to me, outside this website.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice by WhatsApp to cancel or reschedule a session. A session cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may still count against your package.

If I cancel a session because of the waves, wind or weather, it does not count against your package and we arrange another time.

Surfing carries inherent risk, including from waves, currents, other water users and marine life. By booking a session you confirm you are a reasonably competent swimmer and fit enough to take part, and you tell me about any health condition that could affect your safety in the water.

I can end a session at any time for safety reasons, including conditions, equipment or your own wellbeing. I do not provide personal accident or travel insurance; you are responsible for your own.

To the extent permitted by Portuguese law, I am not liable for loss or injury arising from the ordinary risks of surfing, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow to be excluded.

I create your account. You choose your own password from a one-time link. Your logbook is private to you and me, and how I use your data is described in the Privacy page.

I may update these terms from time to time, and the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
